June 3, 2008- DPS Sporting Club Development Managing Partner, Steve Schram was invited to speak on behalf of Families in Business at the Campden Conferences, the global conference leader in providing knowledge and private forums for significant business and financial families and their private officers. This year's conference was held at The Four Seasons Hotel in London and was focused on the real estate industry. Steve Schram shared the DPS Life, Well Played philosophy of epic environments, enriching experiences and world-class amenities and outdoor pursuits through a presentation on "The Sporting Life and Real Estate - The Category Redefined." In addition to presenting to the Families in Business audience of 50 attendees, Steve participated as a panelist in a lively Q&A session with other featured presenters for the guests in attendance. The Families in Business Real Estate Seminar marks the seventh annual private meeting for principal investors, family business owners and family office executives. DPS Sporting Club Development was the only US developer invited to speak at the conference. Other presenters were from Asia and Europe. DPS Sporting Club Development looks forward to continuing its partnership with Campden Media and Families in Business. DPS will be the title sponsor for an intimate Friends in Business cocktail party to kick-off the Campden Conferences in New York this upcoming Fall.

Privacy doesn't mean gates. Membership shouldn't require a card. Acceptance is something you just feel. A sense of belonging. Comfort. Adventure. Security. Luxury.

This is not an invitation that arrives in an envelope. Or a box tied with a ribbon. Because it's not an invitation at all. Those who understand realize it's not about being asked to join something - it's knowing you've actually always been a part of it.

Make it yours. Private, oceanfront real estate on an 1,100-acre private island in the Turks & Caicos Islands, British West Indies. Seaview homesites from $650,000 to $6.5 million USD.
