After an incredibly successful event at Farlow at 9 Pall Mall in London, Mimi Crume, Director of Communications traveled directly from the UK to Ambergris Cay with 3 of the top writers from The Times, The Telegraph, and The Guardian. During the weekend, Kasia Maciejowska, Anna Tyzack, and Saundra Satterlee, along with DPS' partner representative Chloe Sidgwick from Quintessentially Estates truly took advantage of the sporting life with nature tours, snorkeling, swimming, sunning, and even open water fishing that resulted in fish for everyone during Sunday night dinner. During the weekend, Ambergris Cay was chock full of members and guests alike and on both Saturday and Sunday evenings Mimi's group opened their cottage doors welcoming neighbors for pre-dinner cocktails. One editor commented that her favorite moment of the trip was feeling completely at home and being with neighbors. Several members enjoyed sharing their stories about how they discovered Ambergris Cay and how they planned on engaging their closest friends to consider property. One member was generous enough to lend her turquoise fishing shirt for The Times' photo shoot and one other member's enthusiasm is making for a great case study for The Telegraph. All and all, DPS would like to thank both the editors and members alike for a wonderfully authentic weekend… a perfect example of Life, Well Played!
