Average temperatures are 83 degrees F/28 degrees C, reaching 90 degrees F/32 degrees C in late summer. Water temperatures
in the summer are 83 degrees F/28 degrees C and in winter 76 degrees F/24 degrees C. A constant trade wind keeps the climate comfortable.
Water & Power
State-of-the-art technology makes fresh water from seawater and treats wastewater for irrigation. Electricity is provided
through efficient generators enhanced by environmental energy sources such as wind, wave and solar power.
Transportation
Ambergris Cay is accessible by both sea and air. By air, you may arrive on our 5,700 foot paved, jet strip via personal
aircraft or the Sporting Club jet.
The proposed marina will accommodate vessels greater than 200 feet.
On-island transportation is via motorized carts.
Medical Facilities
Doctors and medical facilities are available in Providenciales. A medical clinic is also available at Ambergris Cay.
Communications
Voice, data and cellular service are received by a microwave tower and distributed in underground conduits to all homesites on Ambergris Cay.
Security
Security on Ambergris Cay will be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week with roaming patrol.
